All our kaftans are free-size and designed to fit a range of body types.
For this reason, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing concerns, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take care to ensure every kaftan is in perfect condition before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sumit8503sharma@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns for wear and tear, damage caused after delivery, or issues due to improper care.

  • Sale items and gift cards are always final sale.
